Whole Hackle and Horns Streamer

Hand Tied by Christian Ratcliff, these are absolutely fantastic locally tied predator flies. Musky and striper BEWARE! This fly is HUGE! Hence the name Hackle and Horns. I think it may have a whole cape and buck tail on it!
